Guidoni Group expands global operations during the Marmo+Mac 2018

Mining company presents the Guidoni Concept, an exclusive “one stop shop” channel focused on different finishes

The Guidoni Group – one of the main specialists in the extraction and beneficiation of ornamental rocks in the world – will participate in Marmo+Mac 2018, the main international event in the sector, which takes place from September 26 to 29 in Verona, Italy. In addition to presenting the new items in the portfolio in our own booth signed by Brazilian professionals, the company launches the Guidoni Concept, an exclusive channel with the “one stop shop” concept dedicated to finishes. The project is part of the global strategies to expand the brand, in which one of the pillars consists of working on different stages in the segment of architecture and construction.

Today being one of the largest exporters of natural blocks and stones from Brazil – leading the segment – the company’s intention is to broaden its area of operation, bringing together, in the same space, various materials aimed at commercial, corporate and residential projects.

Currently present in more than 70 countries on five continents, the Group has around 95% of its overall income from exporting. The launch of the first showroom concept of the brand in Italy is one more important strategic step towards international expansion. The space will serve for visitation by architecture and decoration professionals, in addition to distributors in the European market, offering an unparalleled selection of pieces and the widest variety of materials that are global trends for projects of all styles. Strategically located in Affi, a region in Verona, the location is a large European pole for distribution of finishes, especially marble and granite.

Product launches

With more than 45 mines owned in Brazil and two production units of Topzstone – one in Brazil and one in Spain -, the Guidoni Group offers to the European market a line of sophisticated finishes with a highlight to the exotic natural stones, quartzites and natural quartz surfaces.

For the 2018 edition of Marmo+Mac, the company presents a vast portfolio of rocks with organic seams and designs sculpted by nature and perfect bookmatching to increase its market share in the region, where Guidoni is already a reference. To this end, Emerald Green and Phoenix Gray quartzites will be launched, in addition to the bestsellers Black Taurus and Milky Way – the latter recently acquired by the company – all from our own mines. Additionally, the Group is launching the Topzstone by Guidoni brand in Europe, with natural quartz surfaces, which bring together the purity of quartz and state-of-the-art technology, which results in perfect finishes, with greater durability and resistance to scratches, stains and bumps, the product is also practical and easy to maintain, use and clean.

The company will present its full range of stones in a large booth of 178.5m² signed by the São Paulo architects Andrea Teixeira and Fernanda Negrelli, who have a contemporary style that culminates in projects that mix natural materials with modern elements. The space will have ambiances that demonstrate in practice the versatility of the Guidoni portfolio, in a profusion of colors, nuances, forms and designs in compositions full of design, Brazilianess and creativity. The space will also have a full functional gourmet area that will promote small interactions during the fair.
